The following terms below are applied to all orders that you make in the Kind & Wild webshop.

Should the law of another country than Sweden be in conflict with the terms then apply the terms of the parts that do not depart from the scope of mandatory consumer law. 

 

Prices

The prices are in SEK, VAT included.

 

Payment Terms:

Payment must be made with either a credit card, Swish (Sweden), or Paypal.

We do not charge an additional extra fee for card payments.

 

Retention of title

The ownership of the sold items is reserved by Kind & Wild until the items are fully paid for. The customer has no right to transfer or sell the purchased goods until the items are fully paid for. Kind & Wild also reserves the right to repossess the items if the customer does not respect the terms of payment.

 

Shipping

The items are usually delivered in 2-7 days. The package is sent with Postnord within the Scandinavian countries.

 

Order confirmation

As soon as we receive your order we’ll send you an order confirmation. 

 

Shipping Fee

The shipping fee is always 49SEK within the Scandinavian countries.

 

Faulty or incorrect delivered items If a transport damage should occur we ask you to make a notification of the damage through email. We follow the Consumer Agency's guidelines. Keep the product packaging on so that it can be inspected. Depending on the extent of the damage carried redelivery, remedial or price reduction.

 

Force Majeure:

Cancellations

If you purchase items from us then you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days following receipt of all the items in the order. To do so, please contact us at infokindandwild@gmail.com

If you regret your purchase and return an item to us, then you are entitled to a refund and your money will be back within 10 days. The consumer is responsible for the risk of return shipping; this risk includes, among other things, that the product is damaged or lost during shipping. If you wish to exchange your item we ask you to return the item and place a new order. When changing items you are responsible for the shipping fees.

 

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

According to the Swedish consumer rights.

If your item is damaged or defective delivered, please contact us via e-mail immediately so we can fix the error. Faulty or damaged items must be claimed within 5 days after you received the package. As soon as we received the item for review, we try to solve it in the best way for you.

If you paid by card we will give you a full refund except for shipping fees(49SEK).
